If you do not already have Workspot installed on your computer, you can reach out to support@eua.com or find the most current version available from the Workspot website (link provided below). The page will have installation options for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Google.

EUA Computer
For an EUA owned computer you will want to choose the 64-bit Windows PC version
Personal Computer
Personal windows computers these days are usually 64bit. If you have an older computer you may need to use the 32bit installation.
Apple + Google Installations
Some of the functionality may be different for Apple and Google devices, i.e. microphone and webcam, due to the operating systems security and privacy settings.
*It has been reported to us that the Chrome OS laptops have had a better experience use the Web Browser rather than installing the client.
