Forgot Password Instructions

1. Go to https://aka.ms/sspr (This can be accessed on any device, both on and off the EUA network)
2. Enter your email and the CAPTCHA test, click Next
   
3. Select I forgot my password (If you know your password and locked yourself out, select I know my password, but still can't sign in)
   
4. You'll now have to use MFA to verify, there are two options:
   1. Approve a notification on my authenticator app - This is where you receive a notifications on your phone, then input the 2-digit code
   2. Enter a code from my authenticator app - You will need to open Microsoft Authenticator, open your EUA account, and enter the 6-digit code
      
5. After verification, enter your new password, confirm it, then select finish
