To improve performance and minimize disruptions during your workday, we’ve implemented a weekly maintenance schedule for Workspot Virtual Machine. This runs every Monday at the following times:
- Central Time: 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM
- Mountain Time: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM
- Eastern Time: 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Note: If you happen to be working during this time, please be aware that your session may be rebooted.
During this window, virtual machines will automatically power on for two hours so IT can schedule and apply software updates and then power off when complete. This helps reduce interruptions from updates to tools like Adobe, Chrome, Zoom, Webex, Revit, Bluebeam, and more during your regular work hours and during startup.
This time also used to keep the virtual machines healthy by running updates and cleaning tools; emptying Temp, Download, Recycling, old cached models and journal folders.
