External Monitor Setup + Troubleshooting – EUA

Close Workspot if it is open. On your laptop, press Windows Key + P on your keyboard and choose the Extend option
Right click anywhere on your laptop desktop and select Display Settings
Arrange the monitors to your preference. If you are unsure which monitor is which, you can select Identify and large numbers should appear at the bottom left of each screen. Make sure there are no gaps between the monitors and select Apply. If this does not solve your issue, continue to Step 4.
Check to make sure one of your external monitors is not disconnected in the Display Settings. Select the monitor and change it from Disconnect this display to Extend desktop to this display. You may need to reorient your monitors after that is done. To do so, follow step 3.
If the monitor is missing from the Display Settings, check the cable connections on your monitors and docking station. Then restart your laptop while it is connected to your docking station. If that does not fix the issue, please reach out to support@eua.com.
