Workspot - Multiple Monitors

If you are using more than one monitor and would like to use Workspot on them, you first need to be sure your local computer is set up correctly. See the following link for those directions: External Monitor Setup + Troubleshooting

 

Once the monitors are set up the way you want, you will now go into the application's settings and enable the ones you want to use.

Issue: Monitors subset cannot be used. No valid monitor subset can be found. Remote display will use all monitors

Unable to select anything but "Use All Monitors" in Workspot settings.

Solution: Close Workspot and confirm your monitor orientation in your laptop display settings. be sure that they are setup correctly. There should be no gaps between the monitors. If they are setup correctly, slightly move one of the external monitors and click Apply. Then relaunch Workspot.
